La Carretteria ，带复古特色的阁楼

Scopri un ambiente moderno che fa tesoro delle sue origini. Anticamente era infatti una Carretteria, struttura tipica siciliana, dove vi si realizzavano i carretti siciliani e nel contempo veniva trasportata la paglia al suo interno. Molti sono i segni di quell'epoca, integrati in un'atmosfera dove si respirano la Sicilia di ieri e di oggi. La caratteristica pietra a vista, la particolarità delle luci soffuse e il crepitio del camino, rendono l'ambinte molto romantico e caratteristico. UNICO! Il mio alloggio è un Loft. È una antica Carretteria siciliana ubicata all'interno di un cortile (classico Siciliano) nel cuore del centro storico. Gli ospiti possono accedere a tutti gli spazi della casa I miei ospiti saranno seguiti per qualsiasi loro esigenza La vitalità e la luce inimitabili della Sicilia, sono il materiale di cui è fatta la cittadina di Avola, centro ideale per scoprire il carattere più intimo dell'isola. Il cortile dove è ubicato il loft, poi, è siciliano al 101%. Gli ospiti possono comodamente raggiungere i posti di maggiore interesse anche a piedi. Il prezzo non include la tax di soggiorno che è di 1,50€ P.P. al dì La vitalità e la luce inimitabili della Sicilia, sono il materiale di cui è fatta la cittadina di Avola, centro ideale per scoprire il carattere più intimo dell'isola. Dall'accurato restauro di un'antica falegnameria, nasce questo splendido Loft a pochi minuti a piedi dalla Cattedrale di Noto. Il Loft si articola su due livelli al primo dei quali si trova un grande soggiorno con una cucina ad isola a vista completa di elettrodomestici ed un bagno con antibagno, servizi igienici e vasca. Casa Vacanze "LA TERRAZZA SUL BORGO DI ORTIGIA", si trova nel l'incantevole Isola di Ortigia, nei pressi della graziosissima piazza della Graziella, è composta da accogliente cucina, un soggiorno con soppalco su cui vi è la camera da letto, WC con doccia e terrazzo di 20 mq, dotata di WI-FI, è arredata e curata in ogni minimo particolare per rendere il vostro soggiorno davvero confortevole. É attivo il servizio di "Self Chek In", ma preferisco sempre accogliere personalmente i miei ospiti.

There's a private terrace.The apartment is comfortably livable for two to six people, consisting of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a spacious living room where you will find the sofa bed and the attic loft.

L'immobile confina con Palazzo "Impellizzeri" dove all'interno vi sono alcune vasche d'acqua, reperti storici del sistema artesiano che probabilmente servivano a far confluire l'acqua ai bagni Ebraici.
