The Cozy Inn is an adorable 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with full kitchen, dining area and living room. Smart TVs in living room and bedroom. Patio area with grill, fire pit, picnic area, large yard space with corn hole provided, flower garden with Kindred Spirit mailbox, and beautiful country and hillside views no matter the season.

Creekside a piece of heaven

Creekside is a little piece of heaven located on Racoon Creek in Gallia County Ohio about two miles from the Ohio River with River access. When you stay with us you will enjoy seeing nature's beauty. Fishing, boating, and kayaking are right in your backyard (we have 3 kayaks available for rent). If hunting is what you love, we are a 15 min. drive to Crown City Wildlife area. November starts our small-town winter wonderland in 2022 Gallipolis was named the Today Show’s Merriest Main Street!

Simple loft above a detached garage. Includes a king-size bed, cable TV, mini-fridge, microwave, pod, or ground coffee maker. Minutes to the Root athletic center, Skyline Lanes, Gallipolis, Point Pleasant and the Mothman Museum and Festival, the University of Rio Grande, and Bob Evan's Farms. About an Hour to Jackson, Charleston, Huntington, and Athens. The property is not handicap accessible. The property is designed for two adults but a full-size air mattress is available for kids.

Please be aware you’re in the woods and though we have regular pest control, bugs are seasonal.

Take it easy at this calm and cozy hideaway. Our guest house is under the same roof as our main property but has completely separate/private entrances from ours. We are sitting on 7 acres with a pond at the top of the hill. Sitting on the porch or patio, you will find views of wildlife and livestock. This is the place to be for a break from the busy life. Designated parking under carport, Wifi, pet friendly, access to pond, no cleaning fees.
