Eastside Villas provides a modern and clean space with 4 diamond hospitality standards, there's no clutter or personal belongings, or long term guests residing on-site. This 5 bedroom home comfortably sleeps 12 guests spread across 3 floors, each bed fitted with Starwood luxury sheets, robes, hypoallergenic pillows and PURE bathroom amenities . Guests who book Airbnb listings that are located in the State of Texas, will need to pay the following tax as part of their reservation since Airbnb does NOT collect the City of Austin portion of occupancy taxes only the State. By law, all guests within the Austin jurisdiction are charged 15% hotel occupancy tax, in addition to the room rental rate. This recently updated condo is a perfect mixture of modern and cozy with bamboo flooring, custom cabinetry, granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. The unit has a large bathroom with a walk-in closet and plenty of room for your luggage and getting ready with comfort. The condo is a studio layout, but the queen-sized bed is tucked away in a secluded nook of the apartment. Comfortably sleeps 2 people, and there is a foldout futon for an additional guest. Perfect for anyone looking for a modern, relaxed and comfortable space! Guests will have access to one free covered parking space located at the apartment complex. Free WiFi - great space to get some work/business taken care of while in town. The WiFi is also connected to a SmartTV, where you can access your personal accounts such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Vudu, YouTube, Pandora, and other channels. Clean sheets, clean towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner provided! Modern, high-speed, free washer and dryer located on the same floor of the condo in the complex. I will provide you with personalized recommendations, tips, notes, and local insights if you are interested. The home is situated in a quiet neighborhood in downtown Austin, located walking distance from Darrell Royal Stadium, UT, AT&T Conference Center, Texas Capitol building, restaurants, museums, cafes, parks, stores, salons and the famous 6th Street. If you are in town for a conference at the AT&T center, you will be happy to know it is only 6 easy blocks away, 4 blocks from the UT campus, 8 blocks from the Erwin Center, 11 blocks or a $5-$7 cab ride to 6th street or the football stadium. The Austin Convention Center is just about a mile and a half away, for a leisurely stroll through downtown or a $7-$8 cab ride. Starbucks and Wells Fargo are 2 blocks in one direction, sandwich shops and pizza 2 blocks in the other. There is a 7-11 in both directions. Great Indian food and neighborhood pubs in easy walking distance. This home away from home is near everything you need! Parking is an assigned spot in a covered garage. The garage has low clearance (7 feet) and the parking spots are regular, car-sized spots. Large SUVs and trucks will stick out too far. There is paid city street parking ($1/hr) during day time, and it is free overnight and on Sundays. Host is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, injury or cancellation fees. Airbnb recommends that all guests purchase traveler's insurance.

Please note this is an apartment attached a larger house with its own private entrance. Also, the second bedroom is located in a den and does not have a separate door. Escape to this curated lifestyle apartment. The flat features an open-plan living space, contrasting textures and patterns, a slight mid-century aesthetic, neutral tones, and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors leading out to the BBQ dining area. Google Fiber internet to easily handle any work calls. The den is large enough to be considered a second bedroom but the space is open (no door). The backyard is a great space to enjoy the Austin weather. Please feel free to use the private driveway parking space and there is plenty of unrestricted street parking (be mindful of the neighbors' driveway and mail boxes). The unit is walking distance to local bus lines that run directly to downtown, an easy bike ride on the Ladybird Lake boardwalk & car share services are average $7 to most dining and entertainment districts. There is a bike share docking station less than a block away at the Jewel Apt complex. Coffee and tea provided in apartment. We'll coordinate key/code access once confirmed. Email and text work great. If you are looking for a tour guide I am happy to show you around town! The house is in a quiet neighborhood but very close to downtown, the airport, and the trendy east side. From the property it is only a half mile walk through the neighborhood to the city's famous hike and bike trail boardwalk. Lyft and Uber are the easiest ways to get around. Airport is about 15 min and costs avg $18 by ride share. I let my dog use the yard. If this is an issue please let me know. He is very friendly.
