Have fun with the whole family at this lakefront cabin and enjoy everything the lake has to offer. Spectacular sunsets, close to town and the golf course, while also being tucked away on a very quiet dead end street. Enjoy the hot tub, beautiful kitchen and massive wrap around deck. The cottage sleeps 14. Room 1 is on the main floor has a queen bed and ensuite. Bedroom 2 is upstairs and has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a king bed, and Bedroom 4 is the bunk room with 4 queen beds. A cozy 3-bed cottage, full kitchen, and dining/living area.. There are 2 decks to enjoy a coffee, a fire pit and a BBQ. It’s a 3-min walk to Echo Lake and the boat launch is across the street. It’s a 5-min drive to Echo Valley Provincial Park and 5-min from Fort Qu’appelle. There’s a private beach, park and basketball/tennis court all within walking distance. We are situated in a valley area with 3 lakes - Echo, Pasqua and Katepwa lakes. It’s a beautiful area for walking, hiking and fishing!

Prime location! Directly across from Katepwa Provincial Park on the dog friendly part of beach. Enjoy the peaceful golf course & hillside view from the backyard. Beach store and bar a short 5 minute walk. TransCanada trail runs behind the cottage with hiking trails to the top of valley nearby. Fully equipped kitchen opens up to the living room/ dining area. Large backyard with fire pit, patio, BBQ and deck. Dog friendly. No a/c but fans provided in each bedroom. Come enjoy our family cabin.
