Nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Page, the studio is a perfect stop for a peaceful & relaxing evening before heading out on your next adventure. *This is a very tranquil & relaxing environment, so if you're looking for the ability to play loud music, party, etc., this is NOT the right property for you.**The "kitchen" is limited to a small microwave & mini refrigerator (No hotplate or stove).**

The Casita is attached to our home, it has its own personal entrance, and is Closed off from the rest of the house. Two rooms set up suite style, with living room and separate bedroom. Key code door entry, mini fridge, microwave (in the living room closet), and coffee pot. There are pets in the home/on property but closed off from the Casita. They may bark from time to time if someone knocks. Minutes from Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend, Antelop Canyon, & Beautiful Lake Powell.

(No puppy pads are allowed indoors. The yard is fully fenced. Please inquire before booking if you have more than 2 pets.)

Paradise awaits, no shared space, self check in. Quiet dead end street. Minutes from all attractions. Part of a house sectioned off for a separate area and entrance, only double doors separate area noise can get through, microwave, fridge,(no kitchen), living area, 2 bdr 1 bath, One queen and 2 twin. Lots of parking We love this area and hope you will too. (Me and my husband live in the other part of the house, please use the back door with the key pad.

Antelope Canyon Horseshoe Bend Lake Powell Casita。

Beautiful 1 bedroom casita that sits next the the golf course and rim trail. Fully stocked kitchen. Smart & Cable t.v. Great amenities! The sunsets are amazing and the if your here for the balloon regatta or the 4th of July your in for a treat! Best place to be for both of those events! Step out onto the golf course at sunset for stunning canyon and lake views! Great location! We can not accommodate ANY animals due to severe allergies.

This has been a successful and popular rental under a different owner.
