Lean back on a leather chaise sofa and be submerged in daylight from a set of corner windows in this hip apartment. Fix a cup of coffee in a warm kitchen, walk across light wood floors, and step out onto the balcony for fresh air and lovely views. Amazing views of the Canal, Bank Street bridge, Lansdowne Park and Old Ottawa South. Bright, modern condo with extra space created with a 'murphy bed' style bedroom, stylishly camouflaged. Cool kitchen & custom table to people watch on the street below, coffee in hand. Equipped with apple tv. in cozy lvng rm area, sorry no cable, hate commercials. The balcony is a sweet place to sit and enjoy a moment with a great view of the neighbourhood. Full access. The building itself has no amenities inside. No laundry services available on site. The apartment is located beside Lansdowne Park, facing the Canal and Bank Street Bridge. It sits between Old Ottawa South and The Glebe, surrounded by idyllic homes, quiet streets, parks, and ponds. Restaurants, shops, and bars are just steps away. Bus stop is directly in front of building and is a10 min ride to the Byward Market. Best way to get around is ice skating 100 meters away or bicycle anywhere for summer, you are in the best part of town and within easy striking distance to whatever neighborhood your travels take you to. The city has convenient bike rental kiosks set up in key locations. I don't have a dedicated parking space on site. There are 2 on site visitor parking spaces that are available on a first come first serve basis. If neither spot is available grab a street spot (it’s free but has a 2 hour time limit during the day from 7am-11pm, and no time limits overnight) and keep an eye on visitor spots as they come available many times a day. If you don't want to play that game you can use the under ground parking lot across the street and pay the daily rate which I believe is about $20. -There are black out shades in bedroom area but it gets bright in the morning if the sun is out so if you are the kind of person that requires complete darkness to sleep stay away. -I don't have a dedicated parking space on site. There are 2 visitor parking spaces that are available on a first come first serve basis. If neither spot is available grab a free street spot (2 hour time limits during the day from 7am-11pm, no time limits overnight) and keep an eye on visitor spots as they come available many times a day. If you don't want to play that game you can use the under ground parking lot across the street and pay the 20$ daily rate. -The heating and cooling is Geothermal. The AC works perfectly 95% of the time. If its unusually hot out the unit may have a little trouble keeping up to the demand. For example if its set to 22 degrees, the unit may only be able to provide a temperature of 24 degrees during the daytime due to the load requirements. In the evening when things cool off the unit will catch up to the set temperature. But, keep in mind, this type of problem is rare.

Situé dans Rosemont, un secteur paisible de Montréal, studio moderne aménagé au sous-sol de ma maison qui saura vous accommoder lors d'un séjour à Montréal. Transport en commun, vélo partage BIXI, cafés, restos et services sont à quelques pas. Récemment rénové, le studio est équipé d'une cuisinette. Accessible par une entrée privée à l'arrière le studio peut loger jusqu’à 3 personnes. Hauteur des plafonds : 2m (6’6’’) sauf dans la salle de bain : 1.82m (6’) Stationnement gratuit dans la rue.

Bienvenue chez nous :) Petit studio privé au-dessus de notre maison. Situé dans le quartier Ville-Marie, il est à 3 minutes du métro (10 minutes du centre-ville), des espaces verts (Parc Maisonneuve et Lafontaine), du parc Olympique et des quartiers vivants de la metropole. Cuisine équipée d’un micro-onde et réfrigérateur, douche, téléviseur et plus. Parfait pour les séjours de courte ou moyenne durée. 漂亮装修精良的单间公寓-靠近地铁

Studio entièrement rénové avec entrée indépendante au 2e étage d'un duplex du quartier Rosemont La Petite Patrie. Balcon-terrasse aménagée en été avec une petite table et deux chaises. Très lumineux et confortable. Cuisine toute équipée. À 7 minutes de marche du métro Beaubien, idéalement situé pour découvrir à pied ou à vélo les petits joyaux de Montréal et des alentours. Ma famille et moi habitons au RDC et serons heureux de vous partager nos conseils et coups de coeur si vous le souhaitez!

Private loft without contact with guests. Located 15 mins. by car from Gatineau and 20 mins. from Ottawa. For an additional fee (and if available), you can access a spa, sauna, and cold plunge pool. A breakfast lunch box included with the reservation. Ideal for workers or tourism. We have 2 dogs and a cat in the house (they don't access the loft). The loft is independent yet integrated into the house; we ask visitors to maintain an appropriate noise level during their stay.

Joli Suite à l'allure nordique situé dans les Laurentides!! Sentier de 1,5km directement sur place et possibilité de glissade en hiver. Endroit calme en nature, tout près d’une multitude d’activités (ski, motoneige, plage, sentiers, etc..) Situé entre St-Sauveur et Mont-Tremblant notre localisation vous permet de profiter au maximum de la région. Belle terrasse avec BBQ pour profiter des soirées estivales. Mon petit studio douillet est situé en montagne, au milieu d’un jardin fleuri, avec accès à un lac, des sentiers pédestres et une piste cyclable. L’hiver, vous êtes tout près des pentes de ski et d’une patinoire. ATTENTION : La maison est en montagne et il y a un escalier de pierres à monter pour y accéder.
