Each of the bungalows has been carefully upgraded to include modern conveniences to insure a comfortable stay. Each is styled distinctively, reflecting modern mid-century, beach cottage, and modern traditionalist themes. An expansive, gated and fenced back patio provides privacy for outdoor relaxation and dining. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - THIS BUNGALOW is a 2 bedroom with queen pillow top beds in both bedrooms. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa as well as a 43" SMART TV (Netflix, YouTube, Amazon) with cable channels as well. Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and Keurig coffee maker, as well as kitchen essentials (cooking utensils, spices, oil and balsamic). Washer and dryer available on site (no charge). Vintage bathroom with enclosed shower. Closets in hallway with iron & ironing board and extra linens is located off the bedrooms. With 2 living rooms, my house is perfect for travelers needing separate space. One parking spot is available. Extra large vehicles will have to park on the street.

Heart of Mission Hills, upscale area, this private guest suite, separate from the house, is perched above the pool (separate building from main house), own entrance; sure to provide privacy. We are minutes from airport, walking distance to coffee & restaurants and central to all of SD. Please note this property is wiped down after each visit with Clorox as well as all linens washed. We also don’t rent back to back giving time for thorough cleaning.

“This is the room that all the locals book. I couldn’t figure out why, so one day I decided to ask a guest. ‘I’ve walked past here a million times, and I just had to see what was behind these doors,’ he replied, as if it were obvious.” Our 20 ft., 100-year-old naval train station doors do seem like have a story to tell.
