Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt in einem Mehrfamilienhaus im wald- und wasserreichsten Bezirks von Berlin (Köpenick). Wir bieten Ihnen eine Ferienwohnung in Berlin-Friedrichshagen direkt an der Müggelspree ca. 500m vor dem Müggelsee an. Die Wohnung bietet Platz für 2 Personen mit Kind. Das Mitbringen von Haustieren ist erlaubt. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Raum mit 6 Fenstern die eine wunderschöne Aussicht ermöglichen. Die Küchenzeile mit Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle lädt zum Kochen ein. Zudem bieten wir Ihnen eine Sitzecke mit Fernseher, einen separatem Arbeitsbereich mit Schreibtisch sowie einen Internetzugang. Der Schlafraum mit Doppelbett (Bettwäsche & Handtücher werden gestellt) befindet sich unter dem Dach. Die Wohnung enthält ein modernes Duschbad. Nach einem 5 minütigen Fußmarsch befinden sie sich bereits in der historischen Bölschestraße, die Sie mit über 100 Geschäften, einem Kino (im Sommer auch Freiluftkino) und Restaurants zu einem gemütlichen Bummel einlädt. Eine schnelle Versorgung mit Lebensmitteln ist mit Supermärkten in Gehweite gesichert. Mit dem Fahrrad können Sie die nähere Umgebung erkunden oder durch den Spreetunnel einen kleinen oder großen Ausflug beginnen. Am Müggelsee haben Sie die Möglichkeit, mit diversen Motorschiffen die Umgebung vom Wasser aus zu erkunden und zu genießen. Mit der Straßenbahn kommen Sie in ca 15 Minuten in die Altstadt von Köpenick, dort können sie das berühmte Rathaus von Köpenick mit Ratskeller und das komplett renovierte Schloss mit aktuellen Kunstaustellungen besichtigen. Vom S-Bahnhof Friedrichshagen aus (15 Minuten Fußweg oder Straßenbahn) können Sie bereits nach 30 Minuten in das Großstadtgetümmel von Berlin eintauchen.

单间公寓宽敞明亮、宁静的阳台

My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Schön gestaltete 45 qm Ferienwohnung . Mit seperatem Zugang vom Vorderhaus oder vom Schlosspark Plaue . Anliegend im Hinterhaus ist die Keramikwerkstatt , gern besuchbar :-) , und mein Wohnbereich...150 m durch den Schlosspark liegt das charmant , morbide Schloss und Schlossschänke direkt am See....Alle auf den Fotos ersichtlichen Orte , sind in 5 Minuten fußläufig vom Loft zu erreichen.... Elektrofahrräder und Kajaks gibts zum ausleihen und Tischtennis spielt wer kann...Grüsse vom Töpfer

Hello, this is Alexander. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. 85 square meters with 2,70 meters of ceiling heights, a balcony on Hackescher Markt neighborhood (the most central in Berlin! ), with a rare view on our „Eiffel tower“, Berlin TV tower. 2 big bedrooms (one with a king-sized bed). My furniture are a mix of vintage (vintage open kitchen, German vintage) and contemporary (flat screen,Netfix…)

There is a big bed (180x200), work desk, cable TV and WiFi. There is a newly installed, fully equipped design kitchen with electric stove top, microwave, fridge, kettle, and coffee machine. Parking in front of the house is available, but costs.

Modern artist loft apartment over two floors with a small garden in the countryside, 15 minutes by car from the center of Potsdam, 35 mins to Berlin. On the ground floor are: hallway, bathroom, chamber as well as a modern kitchen and a dining room. Direct access to the small garden from the kitchen. From the hallway a staircase leads up into the 76qm large light-flooded room, which was furnished as living room and bedroom.
