Welcome to C205, your luxury townhouse getaway! This townhouse is full of beautiful things, in a beautiful area, but we are here to focus on YOU.
What can our townhouse offer for you?
Townhouse. The Townhouse is two floors, and approximately 2000 sq.ft.
The entire two floors of the townhouse are all yours. You will have your own private entrances and exits, your own private Jacuzzi and gas BBQ, and your own private balcony on the main level. The views are fantastic from the balcony, and I would particularly recommend sunrise breakfast and sunset beverage. Get your camera ready! It's awesome!
Four Bedrooms.
• Master Suite. The Master Suite is located on the Main Level and has a King size bed with a large, 12 drawer dresser and flat screen TV, two seat bench, bedside table and it has a connected or en suite full bathroom. The en suite bathroom has a glass shower, a separate jetted tub, a two sink vanity with drawers and cabinets, a separate water closet, and a walk in closet for luggage items. This suite is private with a door.
• Bedroom 2. Bedroom 2 is located on the Ground Level and has a Queen size bed with a one drawer end table, a secretary desk, a flat screen TV, and a walk-in closet with shelving, hangar rack, and a full size washer and dryer. This room is private with a door.
• Bedroom 3. Bedroom 3 is located on the Ground Level and has a Queen size bed with a one drawer end table and a closet. This room is private with a door.
• Bedroom 4. Bedroom 4 is located on the Ground Level and has two Twin size beds with a desk in between beds. This room private, in open area, and has no door.
Bathrooms. Two full baths, and one-half bath.
• Bathroom 1. The Master en suite bathroom is located on the main floor. It contains a glass shower, a separate jetted tub, a two sink vanity with drawers and cabinets, a separate water closet, and a walk in closet for luggage items.
• Bathroom 2. The second full bath is located on the ground floor. It contains a shower/standard bathtub combination, one sink, a single toilet, and three corner shelves for storage with two storage baskets for guest use.
• Bathroom 3. The half bath is located on the main floor. It contains one sink and one toilet.
Space. The townhouse has more than just bedrooms. It has a large media room, fully furnished kitchen, sitting room/living room with a fireplace, and a dining area.
• Media Room. The large media room is located on the Ground floor; and has a 65" flat screen TV, two full couches, two reclining chairs, two end tables, two coffee tables, and shelving. Oops, did I forget to mention, surround sound? Yes. We have surround sound to provide you with a fantastic movie night!
• Kitchen. The kitchen is located on the First floor; and is fully furnished with a full size microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher. We have stocked it with dishware, silverware, cookware, and bakeware. We went the extra mile to provide everyone's favorite kitchen gadgets: coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, 20 jar spice rack, blender, crock pot and chopper.
• Sitting/Living Room. Sitting room/living room is located on the First floor; and has 20 foot ceiling with a beautiful gas fireplace, and 10 windows to catch those fantastic views. It also has a full size couch, sofa table, coffee table, a flat screen TV.
• Dining area is located on the First floor; and has a large table that seats eight.
Comfort. The amenities have been hand-picked by the owners with you in mind. Cotton linens is just the start. We remember those little details that make a vacation Awesome, such as providing charging stations at all bedside tables, providing toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner, providing easy access hook ups for common gaming systems on the big screen media room TV; and stocking the media room with DVDs, and the game room with games.
Private Apartment. The private apartment has a separate, private entrance/exit, and it is NOT shared with the Townhouse. The private apartment is located on the Third floor, and it is NOT shared with Townhouse guests. The private apartment is reserved for employees, owners, and owner’s personal guests. The private apartment may or may not be in use during your stay.
