If your looking for a unique off grid experience to recharge away from the city then this is the place. Fall is a great time to enjoy the lakefront firepit or cozy up by the wood burning fireplace. Find your Zen while while breathing in west coast rain forest air. Rainy outside play some ping pong and games in the sunroom.

A little barn red fruitstand is nestled alongside the very quiet scenic highway. Big Horn sheep often visit. With the great Nicola River flood of 2021 the river has changed dramatically. It has widened in many places punctuated by sand bars and rip rap. The rock bottom is more stunning after the flood!
