Philippa's B&B Pension House is an 11 room accommodation located in Brgy Burgos Mabini Plaza Lapaz, Iloilo City. We are a 3 mins walk from the Lapaz Plaza, 5 min walk to Lapaz Public Market, Jollibee and grocery/pharmacy named MerryMart; and a 10 min walk to Gaisano Iloilo City. We are centrally located in Iloilo City and around 30 mins from the airport, accessible by car/ taxi. We are a simple pension house/ inn, with basic amenities, offering clean rooms at an affordable price.
