This is a beautiful, tastefully appointed villa and a very popular rental. There is ample room for guests to lounge very comfortably in the house or by the pool. There is a large fenced yard for outdoor activities also. Channel View is in a popular, upscale, and very central location. There are gorgeous beaches close enough to walk to. Dining, shopping, restaurants and lots of activities all close at hand. It is a beautiful home for all that Nevis has to offer. Prices do not include tax.

The living space opens up onto the expansive veranda. The kitchen is modern with all new appliances. House has WIFI, SMART TVs, and speaker system.

Walk up the front steps and see all the way through the villa, to the outside deck with pool, and beyond to expansive views of the Caribbean sea! The kitchen has beautiful custom slab cabinets, white quartz countertops, all new appliances, and an island with seating for four. The patio has a gas grill and table for six as well as comfortable outdoor furniture. The backup generator keeps everything running flawlessly. This house is located in the desirable Jones Estate neighborhood .

Close to Pinney's famous beach and the Four Seasons. Fabulous views and close to the island's best restaurants. Great location and very safe. Superb property manager. Gorgeous landscaping. Lots of palms! Spend your mornings talking to the monkeys. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Cleaning fee of $50 which we play directly to our housekeeper. Fiber optic internet. Porch area completely screened in.
