As seen on BBC2's My Unique B&B! Located in a World Heritage Site, Ironbridge Gorge, tucked away in a quiet residential area. A stones throw from both countryside and convenience. Enter through the secret gate in the hedgerow, Scout's Meadow is nestled in its own private grounds, with wood fired hot tub, fire pit, pizza oven & veranda. The wagon has a cosy king bed, cooking facilities, fridge freezer and wood stove. Right next door is the bathroom with flushing toilet, sink and hot shower.

We have built this Pullman style railway carriage and sighted it over looking the old Nidd Valley railway line that runs through the farm. He’s 24ft by 9ft and very luxurious. With shower, toilet, kitchen, heating... in fact everything you will need for a stay away. We have reclaimed many railway items including the four handles, luggage rack, lamps, signs and much more. He is authentic as he can be. Outside is half covered decking overlooking wonderful Dales view, seating and table for dining.

In service to 1905, running between York & Scarborough, the Carriage ended up at Helmsley Railway Station, then brought to our property in that year ! Nestled into our working farm, this lovingly restored railway carriage is the perfect spot for a romantic stay away. The views are out of this world and all viewable from the large glass doors so you can stay tucked up in bed or on the sofa in front of the fire, with great wifi, free access to our beautiful sauna in the pool house (pool closed for winter!), beautiful walks both from the carriage or a short drive to the coast path, pub lunches, sunsets, fairy lights. It's a winter dream.
