Your own entrance, deck, bbq, fire pit, kayaks, canoes, paddleboards,etc .Free access to a 50 acre private property with forested hiking trails. Close to other hiking trails, fishing spots, sand beaches. Ice fishing is popular on Weller's Bay during winter, close to skidoo trails,a local ski hill.

Welcome to Cobourg- The Feel Good Town We are one block from downtown and two blocks to the beach and marina.(we supply beach towels). Blocks in our small town are much shorter than city blocks. Our downtown has many nice restaurants,often with live entertainment plus a lovely market offering fresh produce as well as prepared delicacies. There is also a Saturday morning Farmers Market. There is a NoFrills 2 blocks away and a short drive to a Foodland and Metro supermarkets.
