NORTH COAST VILLAGE, located in Oceanside, California, this recently fully remodeled beach dream has 1 Bedroom, 1 bath, sleeps 4, full kitchen, gas fireplace and ocean view balcony G unit offers you a beach resort lifestyle. Amenities at North Coast Village include patios and balconies overlooking the ocean, direct beach access, 24-hour security, a heated pool and jacuzzi, exercise gym room, recreation game rooms, putting greens, fitness center, and an outdoor BBQ grill area supplied with beach toys, beach chairs, beach umbrella, boggie boards, etc. The lush tropical grounds with its waterfalls and soothing koi ponds, make this community a serene place to vacation. Only 45 minutes to Disneyland, 30 minutes to Seaworld, and Legoland is only 10 minutes away, no pets & no smoking. Rental terms: 3 night minimum June thru August $200 Monday-Thursday and $220 Friday-Sunday Holidays and special events $200 to $220 Offer weekly and monthly discounts cleaning fee $150 fully refundable security deposit $300 no pets allowed (URL HIDDEN) You have access to all amenities, pools, barbecues, fitness center and sauna. Take a walk on the beach in the morning, play in the sand all day, and then jump into the pool before dinner and relax on the balcony at sunset. Our studio has all the amenities you'd need to feel right at home. The property has a large gym with saunas, 2 salt water pools and hot tubs, a ping pong table, and beach access. We have a fully equipped kitchen to make a beautiful meal or BBQ down near the pool, even order take out from one of the many highly rated restaurants near by for a picnic.
