Outhouses built as self-contained studio apartments with direct access to the Villa grounds, a beautiful curated garden, parking, cctv security, lawns and kitchen gardens. The bedrooms have wood paneling on the walls that are traditional to Kashmir, yet give the inside a hut like look. The property is within Brein area of Nishat, considered to be a safe and upscale area of Srinagar. A walk to the Dal would take you ten minutes. Unfortunately we sometimes experience short electricity cuts.
