The condo is equipped with fast internet so you can work remotely in your dedicated work space. This airy hideaway features a shared heated pool and BBQ patio for leisurely evenings. Just a short 5-minute walk to the heart of Old Town where you'll want to explore some of the best restaurants, museums, bars and shopping. Then head back to this tranquil, landscaped complex and relax under the shaded patio with a drink at the cherry-red patio bistro set.

“Just perfect. I loved everything about this place. It’s stylish, extremely clean, safe, quiet and comfortable. Everything was easy, and extras like snacks, charging station, toiletries, pillows, much appreciated...This host obviously used her own experiences from traveling to create such a thoughtful and welcoming space. There’s a legit fully equipped kitchen, and it’s THE best location in Scottsdale. I walked alone to bars, restaurants, grocery, circle K, and never waited longer than 3 minutes for an uber. The grounds were lovely, and my fellow over-packers will be thrilled to have a parking space 5 feet from the back door. Thank you Kris, I’m already planning my return!”

About the complex:
Relax and enjoy some peaceful time in this beautifully landscaped quiet complex. Perfectly located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale.
- Reserved covered parking space #25, with back door and front door access to our first floor condo.
- Free parking on the street.
- Mid-century modern complex built in 1958 that houses just 31 condos. Lushly planted and beautifully maintained.

Guests are welcome to use the pool, full condo, grills, outdoor dining areas, reserved parking space and extra free parking on the street.

I live within 10 minutes of the condo. If you need anything during your stay please contact me by phone or text, I will get back to you as soon as possible. Usually within the hour or less. This small (30 condos), quiet condo complex is around a block and a half away from Old Town Scottsdale, among the most vibrant, unique urban downtown centers in the American Southwest. Pedestrian-friendly streets are home to world-class art galleries, fine dining, and nightclubs. Home of the San Francisco Giants Spring training field at Scottsdale Stadium is just a 15-20 minute walk. Lots of golf courses, hiking, Phoenix Zoo and Botanical Gardens are all close by.
Easy to get around by walking, bike rentals, electric scooters, golf carts or take the FREE Trolley that runs every 10 minutes throughout Old Town.
