Dispone de salón comedor, cocina, aseo de cortesía, dormitorio, baño en suite, ducha accesible. La vivienda dispone de aire acondicionado frio/calor, wifi. Capacidad máxima de la misma son dos personas en el dormitorio principal y dos personas en el salón en cama plegable auxiliar y sofá cama.
