The villa overlooks the sea, the sunrise can be seen from every room and the sun kisses the living room, the large palm and olive trees. Five independent rooms for 7 beds that can become up to 10 if necessary. A thousand square meters of independent and fenced garden. A large terrace for summer dining. Five minutes drive from the historic city center (pedestrian area/main square) of Pesaro and less than two minutes to get on the beach. The house is accessed through a private road so, no traffic.

The house is surrounded by farmland & forrest, on a large private terrain with fruit- and olive trees. Still, it's only a 10 minute drive to the beautiful town of Pergola - with shops and a (food) market on Saturday.
