Excellent location for football weekend- less than 2 miles to USC stadium and 5 miles to Fort Jackson for families attending graduation. A cozy home away from home. Beautifully decorated with hand picked items and furniture. Excellent modern kitchen and fully accessible (guest will find everything needed to cook). The kitchen is the heart of this home and socializing couldn't be any easier before heading out for the evening.

Former artist's studio, The Nest has three skylights, a full kitchen, a dedicated work area, dining and coffee bar. It is located in a charming, tree lined, historic neighborhood, close to downtown, the University, the Zoo, the convention center and a short distance from the Fort. Please note that the Nest is not suitable for children except infants. The loft area could be problematic.
