A bright and airy reception room enjoys a brand new kitchen with convection hob, oven, fridge, microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine. The open plan kitchen/ living room enjoys a bespoke fitted bench seating area. The reception has USB ports for charging your phone (please bring your phone cable) and a newly installed TV with Netflix. The reception rooms opens out onto a south west facing terrace overlooking mature trees that lead to the park. A perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an early evening drink, enabling you to soak up the buzzy atmosphere. Free Wifi is available. The bedroom suite enjoys bespoke fitted wardrobes with hangers and a brand new ensuite shower room with rain shower and feature lighting. You are 5 mins walk from the beautiful church, The London Oratory. Holland Park 10 mins. Tour bus stop 5 mins.

The cottage main bathroom has recently been refurbished this Jan 2024 as you will see in the pictures, it was built in 1885 and still has the original floorboards and restored windows and we constantly maintain it. The beautiful cottage located in the historic avenues of London and minutes away from Notting Hill shops, cafes and restaurants on Salusbury road, just a ten minute drive to Oxford street and Hyde park, this cottage is a perfect base for families and couples to explore London.

There are two flights of stairs to the apartment which is then arranged over the 2nd & 3rd floors of the original house. The master bedroom, reception room, kitchen are all located on the 2nd floor. A beautiful internal glass spiral staircase leads to the top floor where you will find two further large bedrooms. There is a small roof terrace at 2 floor level

Detached bungalow set in a private garden in trendy Notting Hill. An oasis of calm, less than a 5 minute walk to Portobello Road, Kensington Gardens and numerous restaurants and shops. There is no kitchen, but microwave, fridge, kettle, crockery, cutlery, glasses, coffee and tea. You have direct and private access to the bungalow through the garden - so total privacy when entering and leaving.
