4 bedroom modern duplex apartment with spectacular sea, mountain and city views is located within walking distance to the beach, Puerto Banus and all amenities. Split accross two levels, the apartment offers ample, luxurious, and comfortable living areas. The ground floor has a large and beautiful living and dining room opening to a terrace with stunning views, great outside furniture, and a BBQ. In the elegantly decorated living room you will find a large flat screen TV with 200 international channels and high speed fiber optics internet (with WiFi throughout the house). There is also a very nice dining area for 8 people. On same floor you will also find the modern open kitchen with state of the art appliances (we even have a Nespresso machine for you) and brand new cabinetry, The top floor also offers a large bedroom with its ensuite bathroom and private balcony, along with another bedroom with private terrace. The entire floor, just like the ground floor, is made of stunning cream marble. After a quick stroll down the staircase you get to the ground floor with a very large and bright master bedroom and its spectacular sea and mountain views, The master bedroom has its own private terrace with great sea views. The ground floor also offers another bedroomswith luxurious and plush beddings, along with a bright modern bathroom

Puerto Banus and the beach are within walking distance of the apartment. Five great golf courses are just a five-minute drive away and fabulous restaurants and bars are within a super-short walk, as are many stores and two supermarkets.
Everything is walking distance from the apartment, Supermarkets, restaurants and bars, Puerto Banus, the beach, Centro Plaza and much more. Car is recommended (we have a private garage) but not necessary as everything is within walking distance and there are many (cheap) taxis available. Do not hesitate to contact us if you need help with your airport transfers, car rental, golf reservation or restaurant recommendations. Taxis from Malaga Airport to Puerto Banus / N Andaluica should cost around €65-80 each way.
