Intimate yet airy, a stained glass window casts Shetland morning light into the vaulted, beamed studio with it’s tasteful simple lines. Perfect for singles/couples who believe that less is more. Outdoor sauna and wood fired hot tub in the garden to enjoy the view. Nature lovers will enjoy the abundance of wild life in Newing. The garden has been used many times as a view point for birdwatchers, orca hunters and otter spotters. See cute lambs at the fence in spring and later in the year large pods of neesiks (porpoise) regularly visit the bay.

TV, WiFi available. Pull-out single bed in lounge for 3rd person. Large parking area outside front of house. Please note no smoking inside the property.

Situated in a peaceful, quiet, remote location just over a mile from the nearby village of Walls, tucked in under the hill overlooking a sea-loch, it's a perfect place to enjoy Shetlands wildlife, scenery, peace and freedom. The Waddle is situated on an active croft. We have approximately 120 sheep with lambing in the spring, silage baling in the summer and feeding in the winter.

There’s on demand hot water, shower and compost toilet.
