This property strictly sleeps 8. No Tents, Caravans or Camper Trailers allowed at property. Only suits 4 adults and 4 children as bunk beds not suitable for adults.
Check in time is 2 pm unless prior arrangement has been made. No school leavers or under 25 adult groups.
Guests are to supply their own sheets and towels. (Sheets for king bed provided)

Located 83km North of Perth. Gingin is one of the oldest rural towns in Western Australia. Today it is a small and quaint township notable for the tree lined Gingin Brook which runs through the heart of the settlement and is edged by parks and walks. The district is known for its beef cattle, sheep grazing, apiaries, irrigated horticulture, viticulture, olive groves, aquaculture, piggeries, poultry farms, wineries, abattoirs, feedlots, and cray fishing on the coast.
Gingin is one of WA’s oldest towns (gazetted in 1871) and its history is rich with stories of pioneers, stockmen and women, Aboriginal culture and many more memories of times gone by.
