Hampton View Dairy is one of 2 brand new single story barn conversions in the quiet village of Whitford, East Devon. There is plenty of parking and a large private garden. It is the perfect base for exploring Devon and Dorset and is close to many beautiful beaches along the Jurassic coast. Seaton, Lyme Regis, Beer, Branscombe and Sidmouth are all just a short drive away. Colyton with it's tramway is just down the road. The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Popular location for cyclists and dog walkers. This countryside get away can feel secluded to some and mobile signal can be poor. However, the cottage has TrueSpeed fibre WiFi. 1 master bedroom with en suite (Please note this is the only bathroom) 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds.

Adjacent to a prestigious golf course and the Shops and restaurants of the town centre are only 1 mile away by road or beach!
