The apartment is in the heart of historic Split, with a 1,000-year-old church (with no bells) just 5 meters from the home. It’s also within walking distance of Saint Dujam Church and Diocletian's Palace. Very close to all public transport, Ferry port and Bus station only 500 meters ! WELCOME TO LUXURY TOWERS NO1 ! Dears ! Once again Welcome to Luxury Tower No1 the best Luxury apartmant in Split ! - WiFi pass is BCBEBBDFBD (for F92A84) - For hot water right switch (on bathroom) must be always ON - Jacuzzi has automatic On/Off button ( when you raise/lower the temperature). If you wanna turn OFF the jets press Jets and lower the temperature at least for 3 degrees ,then will automaticly off. - Manual instruction for washing machine (in lobby),jacuzzi and ice machine on terrace are below TV in master badroom. - Coffe machine and capsules are free! - all what you see (drink,coffe,water,wine,fruit,cookies..) is complementary (free) - for every TV (three TV in apartmant ) you have two remote controler for switch off/on or changing the chanels - when you leave Luxury Towers No1 you must lock the door with the key (not just turn off the door) - you have ICE machine in apartmants lobby free for use - please do not put in jacuzzi any liquid, things or similar. Specially if you will bath on sandy beach please change the swimsuit before using the jacuzzi then. Otherwise the jacuzzi system will be blocked and broke. Also please be carefull with filters in jacuzzi dont stand on him cause will be broke. Thanks - leave the trash in bag in apartmants lobby ,the cleaning lady will take care for that - when you leave apartmant just lock (except main door) the terrace door with the key -when you leave apartmant please be careful and closed the windows and shelters cause during summer storm and rain can fall down on street . - do not turn On the floor heating (except during winter use) - you have HI-FI where you can put music from your Cellphone ond Computer by bluetooth - dont lock the lobby door from inside please - cause other guests can’t enter then. - be careful and dont put anything on the terrace fence wall what can fall down on the street during time when you are not in apartmant (cause of strong wind etc) Enjoy and do not hesitate to ask me anything! Comfortable apartment completely new and luxuriously furnished with custom-made furniture, equipped with every comfort that you can enjoy in your holidays. Just few steps from the beach, popular local restaurants , tennis courts , children's playgrounds , pubs and discos along the promenade . Guests can access all apartment. I am available 0-24 for all your questions and will be happy to make your stay memorable ! Please feel free to ask me any information you need. Monvi suite is located in the oldest and luxurious area in Split, just few steps away from the famous beach Bacvice and couple of minutes from the old town. A perfect base for sightseeing or business, with popular cafes, charming restaurants and hidden parks just around the corner. This means you can forget about missing any of the attractions awaiting you in Split. Bus station is 100 meters from the apartment and offers easy connection with whole city. Split has a great geographic location, so it is easy to make one-day trips. You have different possibilities, to visit islands by ferry or just take some of the touristic boats which are organizied as daily trips. It is possible to visit national park of river Krka (near Šibenik) or you can book rafting or canoeing in river Cetina (near Omiš). If you are interested in history of Split I definitely suggest taking a touristic guide, who will show you the most interesting parts of the Diocletian palace and tell you how locals live and think. You can enjoy at stories by making a trip to the old city Trogir, as well. For all mentioned above, we are able to help you and make your stay in Split enjoyable and unforgettable.

This spacious and high standard apartment guarantees the perfect vacation. From the first minute you will feel more relaxed and welcome. Bright colors, clear structures and small details will let you enjoy this timeless and mediterranean place. This is the biggest suite out of 3 and located on the 1st floor. Private entrance and large private terrace, incl a barbecue and a fridge with ice maker. 3 BR provide enough space for a party of up to 6 persons. Spacious apartments with high standard furniture and interior. Very quiet and nice neighborhood close to a very nice beach (Strozanac). Green garden with big pool area and flowers. 1 master bedroom with separate bathroom and 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom. Side by side refrigerator with ice maker. 2 separate outside terraces for breakfast and sun beds. Sat TV and Wifi included. Apartments, Balcony, Breakfast Terrace, Pool, Garden, Parking My parents are usually staying on the top floor, so they can help out with any question or problem. They are very laid back and enjoying their retirement. They can be as present or absent as you choose. Their English is not 100% but they know how to use translate programs. Stroll to the beach in 10 minutes and to restaurants in twenty. The home sits in an authentic Croatian neighborhood, steps from a little harbor. Golf and a five-star hotel and casino are nearby, and Split center can be reached in 10 minutes by car. - Direct Bus to/from Split harbor (Bus #30 and #60; 600m from house) - Rental car or own car can be an advantage - Shuttle service (e.g. airport) can be provided upon request - Taxi (1-4 persons) from Split Center to House ~13€ = 15$ (5-6 persons for ~20€) - UBER is also very easy to find and fairly priced Price depending on group and can vary, please ask if something is unclear

Beautiful HOUSE close to Split UNESCO heritage city. 50 METERS FROM THE SEA. The house is fully air-conditioned, fully refurbished whit a high standard furniture and appliances. Pretty much everything is brand-new and internet wired. House equipped whit all new home appliances, furniture, bathrooms, dining room and all the necessary things to enjoy. Guests can enjoy in quietly place, just 7 km afar from center of Split. Everything in the house is exclusive to YOU. Everything is up to You. We'd really like to meet You and your family and friends, hand over the keys, share some inside information about our destination and direct You to the local must sees and must tries. But, if You wish full privacy and tranquility during your stay - the whole concept of the house is designed to be intuitive and simple to use. Of course, if at any time You need to reach us, we are always just one phone call away. The house is located in the old part of town, where you will be able to completely fit in with the town's inhabitants and experience the life of the locals. Stobrec is a small and peaceful town a 7-minute drive from the UNESCO heritage city of Split Public transportation is available but it is better to have private car. We take great care of our property but we expect guests to tell us if anything is not working properly and we will PROMPTLY respond & repair. If you need some other kind of arrangements (trip, outdoor activity, etc.) let me know and I'll do my best to help you.

This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Na prvoj etaži je potpuno opremljena kuhinja (s mašinom za suđe), dnevni boravak s LED TV i klimom, kaučem na razvlačenje te WC-om. Na drugoj etaži je soba s bračnim krevetom, te kupaonicom. Kuća nudi besplatni bežićni internet (WiFi). Gosti će imati pristup svemu što u kući. Ova se kuća nalazi se u malom i mirnom mjestu Slatine na otoku Čiovu. Slatine su u neposrednoj blizini Trogira, a iz njih do Splita vozi katamaran koji pristaje u samo središte grada, u gradsku luku. Plovidba traje tek 20 minuta. Organizacija prijevoza, izleta i slično moguće je dodatno dogovoriti.
