This is a prime ski-in, ski-out townhome in the sought-after Cedar Ridge complex just above the Village on the lower slopes of Blackcomb Mountain. Second from the end, it offers a 30-second or less walk from your front door to the slopes, and from here less than a minute's ski or 5 min walk down to the village. Green Water is an awe inspiring custom property on the edge of the Lillooet River. The spacious upper guest lodge has two bedrooms w/ king beds, full kitchen, dining area, living area w/ fireplace, custom furniture, and patio w/ BBQ, dining table & seating. The shared outdoor oasis includes pond, dock, gazebo, picnic area, lawn area and private access to a sandy beach on the Lillooet river. Suite sleeps 4, but can fit up to 6 with the pull out couch. Guests over 4 are $30 per person per night.

If driving there are 8 driveway spot at the entrance of home .5 minutes drive to Village and Whistler Gondola.
