This fully equipped apartment is easy to access from the main road leading to capital Kingstown. Rachel Place features a great view of the cruise ship terminal and ferry service. Free WiFi, cable TV, and free self-parking are also provided. The electrical outlet provided 110v and 220v, no converter necessary. The house has 24 hrs surveillance cameras.
