Located next door to the Grindle Slough Hunting Club, and in an area well known for great hunting and fishing. Located 11 miles from the 7000-acre Village Creek State Park, 3 miles from Delta Regional Airport, 35 miles from Southland Casino Hotel, and 58 miles from historic "Bill Street" in Memphis.

This is a small modern quaint home. In a VERY SAFE neighborhood. Perfect for a couple's retreat or if you're just passin through and need somewhere to rest for a few hours. This home is equipped to sleep 6. We have 2 queen beds, a couch ( not a pull out)and a full size blow up matress. We are 45 minutes from all the fun in Memphis. We ask if you would be so kind NOT to park on the lawn. Thanks, we look forward to your stay at EVENING SHADE. Absolutely NO PARTIES. Thanks!

Cozy 1-bedroom home with workout space, backyard patio, and in walking distance to many food places. This quiet neighborhood is about 45 minutes from Memphis if you want to enjoy some city fun. There is an extra full size electric blow up mattress so the house sleeps about 4. There is also a two car open garage. Relax with the whole family in this healthy environment.
