Ideally located to access Melbourne, Southbank, St Kilda Rd, South Yarra, the MCG sports precinct and South Melbourne, you have everything you need in this large, well appointed property just off St Kilda Road in the heart of the Arts Precinct of Melbourne. Just steps away from shops, restaurants, gardens, casino, galleries and theatres, you will never be short of something to experience when exploring the surrounding neighbourhoods.
This 200+ sqm apartment has a sensible and practical layout, thoughtfully appointed with all the necessities of home. Downstairs is an expansive living space, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. Entertain in style in the large living space with dining table for 8, BBQ on the oversized balcony with proper seating for 8, or make yourself Nespresso coffee in the fully equipped kitchen. Sink into the comfortable lounge which comfortably seats 10, with unrivalled views of Melbourne's city skyline, a large wifi enabled TV with Foxtel Play and bluetooth sound system. There is also a work space with desk, chair, lamp and NBN wifi.
This four-bedroom property sleeps up to ten adult guests comfortably. The master bedroom features a king size bed, with the option for a fold out single, huge robe, wifi enabled TV with Foxtel Play, ensuite with an oversized shower, hairdryer, bathroom scales and double vanity basins. The second bedroom contains a queen size bed, further wifi enabled TV, and large robe. The third bedroom also contains a queen size bed with wifi enabled TV and large robe. The final master bedroom contains a king size bed, optional fold out single, wifi enabled TV with Foxtel Play and large walk in robe. The master bathroom contains a luxury full size bath and oversized shower, double vanity basins, hairdryer, bathroom scales and full laundry tucked away neatly inside a clever cupboard.
All beds are dressed with quality Sheridan linen and our towels are also from Sheridan. We have a selection of complimentary toiletries in the bathrooms.
We are family friendly. We can supply a baby gate for the stairs, highchair, step stool and travel cot on request. We have children's cups, cutlery and crockery. Single fold outs are made in Italy with latex mattress, and are comfortable for adults as well as children.
The location and size of the apartment makes it the ideal location to get ready for your wedding day. Room to accommodate all of the groomsmen/bridesmaids (and their dresses!), as well as room for all to get their hair and make up done. A luxurious space to return to and spend your first night as a couple.
There are snacks, cereal, Nespresso coffee and tea supplied, as well as a litre of real milk in the full size fridge. Staples in the pantry are provided for your convenience.
We can also help you organise a delivery from a supermarket, liquor store or florist to coincide with your arrival. Open late is IGA, Chemist Warehouse and a medical clinic all within a two minute walk on Sturt Street.
The property has an outdoor pool and heated spa.
We will meet you to provide access to the property on check in and at check out.
Two onsite car parks, plentiful on street metered parking. Located in the Arts Precinct of Southbank, behind St Kilda Rd. The Royal Botanic Gardens, Shrine, Arts Centre, Hamer Hall, NGV, VCA & ACCA all steps away. Federation Square, Crown and Southgate 10 mins walk. Convention Centre 15 mins walk. South Melbourne Market, Rod Laver Arena & MCG 20 mins walk. Trams, scooter hire & car share at the door.
The apartment is located a ten minute stroll from Flinders Street Station, two minutes from the trams of St Kilda Road, two minutes from the Melbourne Bike Share Station at ACCA or there is a car share car parked directly at the front of the building, with several more parked around this block. The Monash/Westgate/Tullamarine freeway is a minute's drive for easy access to all of Melbourne and Victoria by car, if you are planning a visit to the Phillip Island Penguins, the Yarra Valley Wine Region, the Mornington Peninsula or Surf Coast, to name a few. There are two on site undercover carparks if you are a local or have driven from interstate.
This is a residential property with a live in building manager and security, who strictly enforce owners corporation Rules. It is not a hotel. Noise complaints will be made by other residents resulting in additional call out charges for security and/or police attendance. If you are a large group intending to make noise after 10.00pm (whether it is inside the apartment, or on your way in and out from the apartment), you really will not enjoy staying here. We like to be upfront with our guests, rather than deal with the hassle for them and us later!
You MUST be aged over 28 years to book this property. You may be liable for cancellation fees if you book (including if your booking does not require our pre-approval) and do not meet this age requirement.
Bookings made via AirBNB are subject to our standard booking terms and conditions which can be provided on request. Payment of your deposit is acceptance of our terms and conditions.
Before the stay can be confirmed and access to the apartment provided we require a copy of your Australian Drivers License or International Passport, confirmed names for all guests staying at the property along with a signed Booking Agreement. This is not negotiable. Non-compliance will result in cancellation of your booking and the appropriate cancellation fees being rendered.
Parties are strictly prohibited.
Breakages and extra cleaning (such as steam cleaning of carpets and furniture) will be charged at cost.
