Lake Front cottage w/ amazing views from the custom deck. Your Tree Top view looks down on 1 of 3 outdoor pools. Public boat slips are steps away for fishing, swimming, or docking your boat. Beautiful 2 level home, w/ main level master king bedroom. The cottage has a main level full kitchen, dining & living room, and 2 full bathrooms. The living room converts to a bedroom, w/ a queen sofa sleeper. The lower level has a bedroom w/ a Queen bed, bunk bed, 3rd full bathroom & Queen Sleeper Sofa.

Powell Lakehouse is the perfect vacation home for a romantic getaway, couple's retreat, or small family. Fully furnished with linens/towels, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffeepot, ice maker, cable, wi-fi, outdoor fire pit, and indoor fireplace. Quiet neighborhood. Paved road to house with parking on concrete driveway.

Relax with the whole family @ our cozy cottage nestled in a peaceful cove on Lake of the Ozarks. Swim/fish/kayak from our personal dock, play yard games, enjoy s’mores in our fire pit, or get cozy inside w/ board games & a movie. Located on a paved road only minutes from town & fun attractions (Ozarks Amphitheater, Bridal Cave, etc.) Our home was built in the 1960’s and is located in the woods! There are definitely some “old lake cabin” quirks, but also, many new + clean finishes 😀

No cleaning fee unless you bring your fur babies. Cottage is on 2 acres near Lake Ozark, 15 minutes to Historical Bagnell Dam Strip. Jolly Rogers/Lake Bar is only 15 minutes away - kid friendly. Neighbors are not close/no quiet time hours. Plenty of room to park a boat, less than 2 miles from free boat access. Enjoy the fire pit and outside pavilion. There is a gas/charcoal grill that you are free to use. Play basketball on the 24 x 24 basketball court, corn hole, or Tiki Toss.
