绝佳位置，可欣赏Villefranche的绝佳景观

Habitant Paris, j'adore venir dans ce Paradis de Villefranche sur mer. J'ai pris beaucoup de plaisir à rénover, équiper et décorer en 2019 cet appartement pour le rendre le plus agréable possible. Maintenant, mon plus grand plaisir est de prendre mon café au réveil sur la terrasse devant cette vue magnifique sur le cap Ferrat. Sa situation centrale à proximité de la vieille ville, du port et de toutes les commodités, son ascenseur et un parking municipal au pied de l'immeuble sont aussi un plus.

Vous pourrez profiter d'une position centrale au coeur de la vieille ville, dans la rue la plus animée, et vous serez à seulement 30 mètres de la mer ! Il y a de nombreux restaurants et glaciers dans la rue, et des boutiques. Il vous permettra d'entretenir au mieux votre forme car il se situe au 3ème étage sans ascenseur :)
