Walk home along the Union Canal and then kick back on the sofa after a day exploring Edinburgh. This bright flat boasts an open concept with a white palette enhanced with pops of bright colour. It benefits from underground parking.
The apartment is situated in a modern development in Shandon to the west of the City Centre.
Within the flat there is one bedroom with a king sized bed with high quality linens and plenty of wardrobe space. A spacious hall leads into a bright open plan living room/kitchen with a large sofa, coffee table, TV, and dining area. The kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The bathroom has a bath with overhead rainforest shower as well as a handheld shower head. Toiletries and towels are provided.
Within the development there is a shared garden and underground parking where you will have one allocated parking space with key fob. There is also secure bike storage available.

I will do my best to meet every guest on arrival but if this is not possible I have a key safe installed for flexibility. I live in Edinburgh with my girlfriend and therefore one of us will always be around should you need any assistance.
The apartment is in Shandon, a residential district to the west of Edinburgh city centre. It’s next to Harrison Park and the Union Canal. There are good transport links to the centre and the airport.
The bus stop is located a minute walk from the flat, from which there are regular buses to the city centre (10 mins) or to the airport (45 mins), if you are driving or getting a taxi to the airport then should only take around 20 mins depending on traffic. A taxi into town would take around 5-10 mins or it is a 30 minute walk.
