We are in front of the beach. You will often see dolphins in the morning all year round. Seals and whales also regularly visit and play in the bay.

The villa is very family friendly and geared towards entertaining the kids with toys, a playroom, jungle gym and home gym. Premium coffee while watching sunrise and wildlife in the ocean from your bed will be a highlight, or wine on the patio with a red sunset in the background while the fire is going. From the covered patio with a built in barbeque you can enjoy amazing views over the Lagoon. The house is well equipped with a laundry & dish washer. We are situated a stones throw away from the popular Friday Island and Kokomo beach bar restaurants and only 1km walk to Langebaan Main Beach.

The location is incredible, luxurious and right in front of the wave. The property has everything necessary for a comfortable stay for 2 people, fully self-catering with office / studio. Wood fire hot tub with a seaw, Schwinn Cruiser bicycles to explore the town. Very important: Guests with no reviews need to send a request and not book instantly. I will not accept any guests without reviews.
