The spa is for guests to enjoy situated outside master bedrooms French country doors. A generous outdoor area with comfortable seating. Veiws of countryside and glimpses of the harbour. Both bedrooms accommodate 1xQueen bed each with all linen and towels supplied. Futon couches for extra children or single matress. Master has generous wardrobe space. Birdsong galore!!

King fisher cottage is a tranquil eco cottage set on the rivers edge of 11 acres of wild farmland and beautifully landscaped gardens that offer total privacy. The cottage has a semi-outdoor bath for bathing while star gazing, a kitchenette, living area & bedroom. There is no wifi & minimal phone reception, the perfect place to get away and unwind an enjoy nature. PLEASE NOTE: June through to September the track is too soft for a car so you need to park in the carpark and walk 40m to cottage.

Welcome to our little slice of rural paradise, perched on the top of the hill on our organic blueberry orchard. We’ve created an idyllic get away. You have wrap-around views of the Pacific, Tauranga Harbour and the Kaimai mountain range. Near by you have the bush on your doorstep with private access to a pristine river where you’ll see crays and eels and be serenaded by the sound of bell birds and tuis echoing in the forest around you. A truly magical spot with a hot shower new this season.

Welcome to a relaxing oasis, close to it all. The cabin is a 20 min walk or 5 min drive to the beach, Bayfair mall or Baypark. This cosy Nordic cabin was built in 2022 and includes: • off street parking • no-contact entrance • queen bed • kitchenette • wifi • TV with Freeview & Netflix • boogieboards and more! Suitable for couples, singles or families with 1 or 2 small children (comfortable on the sofa bed). The guest cabin sits behind our home and shares our driveway. No pets.

The Wee Bach

Come and relax in our cozy and newly refreshed sleep-out. We are on a quiet road opposite a reserve, and just a couple of minutes walk to the surf beach. We are handy to the Surf Club, a great cafe and an easy 5 minute walk to the local dairy. The Wee Bach is located at the back of our section. We live in the cottage at the front. We have an elderly West Highland Terrier, he will be no bother to guests as he seems to prefer sleeping to socialising these days.

The studio has a King bed with ensuite and kitchenette, with indoor & outdoor setting. Amazing views of the Kaimai Ranges in all directions, and from the deck you can see right down the valley.
