There is a child friendly park with a beach and just round the corner is a local pub which has a large beer garden. Poole town centre and Poole quay are a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk there is also a regular bus service with a bus stop 50 yards from the house. Sandbanks beach is a 20 minute drive away. There is also shops hairdressers and takeaways near by.
