This quaint apartment is perfect for a small family with children and/or fur-baby(1 pet max w/pet fee). We have a comfortable living room to relax in stocked with games, toys and books. As well as a flat screen to enjoy a movie or 2. The kitchen is well appointed with a 4 burner gas range with oven, microwave & toaster. We supply all of the cooking essentials such as spices, oil, pots and pans, and cookware. Enjoy complimentary coffee with a pour over Keurig, or drip, & complimentary creamers.

Beautiful, 648 sq foot, fully-furnished 2-floor studio with ocean views, 2 miles north of Gualala across from Cooks Beach, above a garage behind the main house. This is a cozy but stunning space, with a bank of three big, brand-new skylights providing ocean views, amazing light, and views from every window. The lower full bath and kitchen / dining room is to the side of the garage, 384 sq feet and lets out to small private patio and attached small greenhouse with citrus trees and herbs.

Welcome to our beautiful private apartment with a private entrance, located on the left side of the large Mill Valley house. You will enjoy completely independent 1 bedroom apartment with its own bathroom, media living room and hallway. There is a fast Wifi, office desk and TV in the living room. The apartment doesn’t feature a kitchen, but a small microwave, espresso machine and tea kettle will be provided. Our property is located near Whole Foods, restaurants and shopping.

Modern bathroom with walk in shower and Master bedroom with kingsize bed and sleeper sofa in the main room. Driveway is off San Pedro Road and not Margarita Drive FYI.

You may experience disruption in wifi and not have access.
