Scuba diving, Aqua sports & resto at the Dakak Resort are 10 minutes drive away, Dapitan City is 20 minutes away with supermarket, amusement park, historical shrine and magical sunset. But I like to just stay in my villa and enjoy the sound of the sea & the wind while eating grilled fish (fresh catch) by the bonfire on the beach!

My vacation house is so homey very quite and peaceful with beautiful gardens in the lawn area with Mango and coconut trees as your shade as you go out in the balcony area. Most importantly it is just 2-3 minutes walk going to the beach. You can stroll around and witness the beautiful sunset in the late afternoon with a lot of fresh catch fish everyday, thats what I missed on that lovely place. I suggest an early morning jog is a must as you can see the Beautiful Sunrise along the boulevard.

My place is close to the airport, KCC Shopping Mall and Pasonanca Park, It has great views of the Sta Maria Elementary School and church ,popular restaurants and dining are mostly within walking distance such as The Village Food Town Hacienda de Palmeras, Greenfields Mano-Mano, La Gran ,Casa Maria, Myrna's Bakeshop, etc. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and big groups such family wedding guests and school reunions.

The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are newly painted and has all amenities required for a comfortable stay. It has a large front garden with a large traditional nipa hut, perfect for a relaxing and convenient stay in Zamboanga!
