There is a desk and wi-fi included and a Freeview Smart TV. The cottage has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard to ensure comfort and relaxation during your stay.

Cosy 3 bed grade 2 listed cottage attached to an Old Rectory, our family home set in over 7 acres of formal gardens and woodlands. The cottage has its own private garden area with tables and chairs, BBQ and fire pit. We also have a newly refurbished tennis court which we are happy for guests to use by arrangement. There are public footpaths accessed from the property. Unlimited secure off road parking. Close to Hitchin, Stevenage and Letchworth. London and Cambridge 30mins by train.

There is a private, gated entrance and free parking. Harpenden Town centre is located 3 miles away, with frequent direct trains into central London, St Pancras. Harpenden has all the local amenities you expect, including coffee shops, independent shops and great restaurants. London Luton Airport is only a 10 minute car journey away.

We are in the beautiful, bustling market town called Olney which is very lively throughout the day and then very quiet after midnight. Our lovely Grade 2 listed house is 400 years old, with many character features . It is stone built, making it cosy in the Winter and ice cool in the Summer. It has 6 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 staircases and a peaceful, huge and gorgeous garden at the rear. The house is ideal for families/children/friends/hens/ groups of guys working away.

Open-plan living area with a fully-fitted kitchen and breakfast bar which seats up to four people. The kitchen also includes an oven, electric hob, microwave and dishwasher, as well as a washer-dryer and a fridge. The living area consists of a four-seater sofa with TV and DVD player. Two Bedrooms (second single bed only suitable for a small child) and a family bathroom with heated towel rail and bath / shower is located upstairs with an additional toilet on the ground floor.

Well Cottage was created in 2017 from the former wash-house and bakery for Townsend Farm, dating from 1858. It is fronted by an authentic pebble courtyard and stands, together with the farmhouse, in a romantic English country garden. It is warm, comfortable and refurbished to a high standard. The view to the rear is across cultivated farmland. The garden opens to the public under the National Garden Scheme on specific dates to raise money for nursing and health charities.

You get the annex to yourself, with WiFi, a well equipped kitchen, open plan lounge and dining space. The double bedroom includes a smart TV, crisp fresh sheets, towels and ensuite.

Grade 2 listed Tudor cottage with amazing inglenook fireplace. Large riverside garden (previously featured in the NGS) plus use of a hot tub in grounds. Ideal for longer stays with excellent commuter links for London, Harpenden, St Albans and Stevenage. Relax and enjoy footpath walks, including the Ayot Green Way, to gastro pubs. I have been a super host for 7 years letting The White Cottage Garden Annexe, please read my reviews there.
