Communication of short-term rental activities

In order to rent your accommodation in the Municipality of Massa Lubrense, you must submit a Communication of Short-Term Rental Activities form to the city via the government portal. 

How to file:

• Go to https://www.comunemassalubrense.eu/index.php?page=m_40
• Click on attivà produttive (productive activities) to expand a list of options
• Click on FITTI BREVI - All. 2.1 Modello Comunicazione Loc. Breve to download a .docx file of the form
• Fill out the form and sign it
• Attach a scan of your valid ID, such as a passport

Email both the form and the scan of your ID via certified email (PEC) to protocollo.massalubrense@pec.it
