Communication of short-term rental activities

In order to rent your accommodation in the Municipality of Vico Equense, you must submit a Communication of Short-Term Rental Activities form to the city’s Single Unit for Productive Activities (SUAP). You will need an SPID, a CNS, or a CIE to access this site.

How to file:

• Go to https://smartcity2.comunevicoequense.it/web/home/avvia-una-istanza2
• Click Servizi di alloggio (Accommodation services)
• Click Extra alberghiere (Extra hotel)
• Click the Accedi al servizi (Access the services) button
• Log in with your SPID, CNS, or CIE credentials
• Fill out the required information and submit it

OR

• Call the SUAP of Vico Equense at 0818019500
• Request the Communication of Short-Term Rental Activities Form
• Complete and sign the form
• Attach a scan of a valid ID, such as a passport
• Send the completed form and ID via certified email (PEC) to protocollo@pec.comunevicoequense.it
