To Host in Levanto you must:

• Register your accommodation with the city
• Pay all relevant tourist taxes
• File a bimonthly guest declaration
• File Form 21 annually
• File a tax declaration annually
  

Register your accommodation

In order to lease your accommodation in Levanto you must register it with the city using the city government portal Imposta di Soggiorno - Levanto. You may need an SPID to complete this process.

How to register:

• Go to  https://levanto.imposta-soggiorno.it/
• Select Vuoi registrarti? (Want to register?)
• Enter your email address and select a password
• Select Registrati (Register)
• Select Dati del titolare (Owner data)
• Enter your information into the form and click Salva (save)

After registration:

• Select Gestione strutture (Manage facilities)
• Select Nuova struttura (New structure)
• Enter the required data and click Salva (save)

Tourist Tax Collection
