VIEW CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS!Right off Kansas scenic byway 56 in the Flint hills. Bring your tent, rv, or camper. You will be the only one there. This is a dry camp site 'no facilities'. On bluff creek which is mostly rocky, float on a raft or put your chairs in the water, there is a deep swimming hole '12 foot' deep, fishing allowed, there are Perch, Bass, Catfish, Gar, have campfires, close to historic Council Grove. Campsite is on the site of a former Atlas E missile silo well houses.

Beau’s father “Goodie” built Goodie’s Gravel Get-Away and was his permanent residence for 25 years. You can see a lot of work has went into it. We want you to enjoy it as much as we do. Goodie’s is our home away from home. This is a shop style home on 30 beautiful acres. You will enjoy 2 ponds, a private discgolf course, sand beach, 2 docks, walking trail, fishing, fire pit, and so much more. We are located on the edge of the flint hills which is a must see when staying.

Please read: I live in the home, so closets / dressers are full. It's not fancy, but cozy and loved. On the edge of town, you get amazing sunset views. This one-stop-sign town is 7-10 miles from Emporia, small, and friendly. You are just blocks away from an amazing restaurant (Rolling Hills) and bar (Harry and Lloyds) - both the best in Lyon County. There is a gas station, bank, and liquor store very close, as well. You are about 10 minutes from a Wal-Mart and fast food.
