Breathe the fresh mountain air from this secluded escape. The flat boasts beamed wood ceilings, an all-white interior with touches of color, unique artwork throughout, and an outdoor lounge space with panoramic views. The apartment is in the old village of Castello surrounded by the olives trees, it is really charming. The old village of Castello is totally pedestrian that's why the parking place is not under the apartment, but it is 350 meter from the apartment. The house is totally renovated in 2017, it has all the comfort: Tv Sat, air co, wifi, a comfortable kitchen and a wide terrace that you are gonna love. Most of the forniture are made in italy and they makes the apartment very cozy. The house has a bedroom with a king size bed with a window with a beautifull view over the lake. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed suitable for two people! And of course you will have access to the terrace that has a beautiful view on the lake At your disposal there is also an equipped kitchen with a direct access to the terrace :) The bathroom is big and the shower spacious As the house is in a pedestrian area the parking place is not under the house, it is more or less 150m from the house The house where is located this apartment is were our father grew up, and we are really attached to this house! As it was many years that it was uninhabited it was falling down so we decided to renovate all the house and get 4 gorgeous apartments and we are really proud to give a second chance to this house :) All the apartments are rented for tourism and we are really happy to share the place we love with you, just take care of it :) The entrance to the house is shared with other two apartments but of course you have a private entrance to your house We think we told you everything about the house, if you have any question we will be more than happy to give you all the information In spring and summer we are not able to be in Brenzone for the check-in because we work in the farmhouse of our family ( we are brother and sister ) where we produce our wine. we cannot be there for the check-in but if you want and you have time you can come to visit us in our vineyard. we will be really happy to meet you and to drink a glass of wine together :) For the checkin you'll meet there Betti a friend of us, she lives in the same house where is located the apartment, so for any reason she is always there at your disposal. Normally the checkin is between 15 and 19 but in case you have problem with the plane or just your plan, let us know so we can find a solution :) Unfortunately as we already sad, we can not be there for the check-in, and we are really sorry for that. But to let you know a bit of your host we prepared for you a little guide where you can find some information about us and some advice (restaurants activities ) that we want to recommend you. if you want we can send you this guide per mail so you can organize better your journey :) The apartment is located in the village of Castello di Brenzone, a typical little Italian village on the north side of the lake. The center of Castello and the shore are a short walk away. Try windsurfing, sailing, or mountain biking nearby. The closest bus stop is in the village of Porto ( 5 minute walk ) e from there through the street on the lake shore you can reach all the village on the lake. During summer with the bus you can reach also Verona. the bus line you can use are this: 164 - Verona - Peschiera - Garda 165 - Verona, Garda 483 - until 16 ottobre 2016 - Malcesine - Garda - Peschiera - S.Benedetto 484 - Riva - Malcesine - Garda you can check the time table on the tav site. Just to let you know during high season on the lake there's a lot of traffic so there could be a lot of delay. That's way we always suggest to travel with car if possible. The closer train station is Peschiera. As the house is located is a pedestrian area the Parking place is not under the house but is located more or less 150meter from house The house is located on the first floor of the house so there are some stairs The apartment is located in the village of Castello di Brenzone, a typical little Italian village on the north side of the lake. The center of Castello and the shore are a short walk away. You will fall in love with the old road surrounded by the olives trees. Just to let you know the road that bring you to the lake is very short but it is a bit steep. Try windsurfing, sailing, or mountain biking nearby.

Fieno maso

La baita viene affittata in esclusiva privacy a chi lo prenota, la struttura è ricavata in un antica casa contadina al livello sotto tetto che un tempo era adibito a fienile. La proposta di ospitalità è centrata sul tema della tradizione che offre un esperienza di vacanza unica per l’ utilizzo del fieno e del suo profumo come elemento di calda accoglienza. Il riposo è concepito in letti di legno antico. Il maso ha 6 posti letto,è dotato di ogni comfort,è molto ampio perche è disposto su 160 mq.inoltre disponiamo di un grande giardino con zona barbecue e tavolino esterno sedie e sdrai.Sempre in giardino nella casetta vi é una stube interna rivestita in legno dotata di una cucina a legna. Il maso (alloggio principale) è così suddiviso :si entra girando a destra si entra in soggiorno che è molto ampio dove vi è la sauna, divano, caminetto e tv, Si trova la prima camera matrimoniale e un bagno,salendo le scalette si trova il primo soppalco dove cè' una zona relax e un'area giochi separata da una romantica tenda. Ritornando all'ingresso girando a sinistra si attraversa un corridoio dove si trova il secondo bagno, proseguendo la cucina molto ampia e una seconda camera. Salendo le altre scalette c' è una terza camera sul soppalco. Nella tariffa è compreso tutto riscaldamento,legna,biancheria etc. Troverete alcune cose basilari in cucina tipo olio,aceto,sale,pepe,zucchero spezie etc...All esterno c'è un ampio giardino recintato ma con una parte aperta per l entrata. Qui trovate un barbeque,tavolo sedie e sdrai prendisole. Consiglio il maso per chi cerca relax,tranquillità (si è a 2 km dal paese quindi anche comodi),Per chi ama passeggiare negli innumerevoli sentieri,chi ama ciaspolare o semplicemente chi vuole godersi il maso e il bellissimo giardino Gli ospiti prenotando il maso godono della casa che è disposta su un livello unico e due soppalchi , ha ampie camere da letto semplici, comode ma funzionali e sono dotate di due ampi bagni in modo tale che ogni coppia possa avere a disposizione i propri spazi e la propria privacy , la cucina è ampia e spaziosa e anche il soggiorno con sauna e caminetto io non sarò disponibile durante il soggiorno in quanto non abito li al maso ma per qualsiasi informazione ci sono sempre. Il paesaggio è caratterizzato da piccole abitazioni rurali dislocate su un lieve e soleggiato pendio. Sono presenti vari ristoranti e malghe con cucina tipica. Molti sentieri nei dintorni sono diventati percorsi per escursioni a piedi o in bicicletta. Consigli e attività : Sci di fondo (4 km loc. Redebus) - Sci alpinismo - Escursioni con le ciaspole - Benessere e relax (vicini QC TERME Pozza di Fassa)– Piscine - Centri wellness. Attività estive: Nordic Walking – Tennis - Mountain Bike – Arrampicata - Canoa/barca/pedalò/surf (lago di Levico e Caldonazzo circa 12 km) - Pattinaggio su ghiaccio(ice rink di baselga di Pine a 10 km oppure a Canezza 6 km - Parapendio - Forest Park – Pesca fiume Fersina o laghi sopra citati - Raccolta funghi – Orienteering - Fattoria didattica – Equitazione - Vie Ferrate - Escursioni in alta montagna. A 20 min in auto si raggiungono i laghi di Caldonazzo e Levico dove si possono trovare parecchie attività per famiglie con bambini. Ci troviamo vicini agli impianti da sci il piu vicino Alpe di Cermis 30 min e la Panarotta 20 km circa. Durante l'inverno siamo vicinisssimi ai mercatini di natale di Pergine,Levico e Trento. Nella bella stagione scendendo di 8 km circa trovate la pista ciclabile che si snoda lungo il lago di Caldonazzo e prosegue lungo il fiume Brenta per poi arrivare a Bassano del grappa; è possibile usufruire del treno per il viaggio di ritorno. Il maso dispone di un grande prato di proprietà con una zona dedicata al barbecue e giardino per le attività di piacevole relax e gioco all'aperto. Completa il contesto l'orto di proprietà ricco di colori e profumi dei fiori e delle piante. La zona è recintata per la sicurezza dei più piccoli.

This is a beautiful elegant apartment with hardwood floors and antique furniture. There are 3 bedrooms: master bedroom with king-size bed and private terrace/ patio, second bedroom with two twin beds that can become a king-size bed and with direct access to the big terrace, the third bedroom with two twin beds that can be joined if necessary. There is plenty of closet space, ideal for six . A cot and a high chair are available upon request, for no extra charge. It has two bathrooms, both with a new big shower, a fully-equipped kitchen, open plan dining and living area, and a wonderful terrace where you can enjoy dining and sunbathing. The large wraparound terrace is furnished with dining table, eight chairs, and three long chairs. The garden belongs to the condominium but rarely there are other people ( only 5 apartments and 4 of them are rarely occupied ). You can enjoy the garden and pick the ripe fruit directly from the trees , in season. The care taker will be available for informations regarding the house and the area. The property is located 5 minutes walking distance from the center of town, which is home to a number of great shops, restaurants, markets, a pharmacy, and beaches. It is also 3 minutes from the cable car. We can arrange taxi from and to the airport or other destinations. The house has 1 parking space included in the price. An additional parking can be purchase for 40€/week. This is a perfect place for guests that needs peace and yet it is a very easy, short walk to the center of town.
