One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the last floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Whit high ceilings, wooden floors, hand crafted furniture, integrated heating, flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi it's perfect for couples or individuals visiting the city! Stilished benches can be set up as a double sofa bed. The location it's exellent: very central and at the same time in a quiet an exclusive area in front of the Talvera Park; 15 min walk from Bolzano Station. Self check-in.

Neu renovierte Dachgeschosswohnung in einer wunderschönen Jugendstilvilla im Herzen von Meran. Sehr geeignet für Pärchen, Freunde, Familien, Allein-oder Geschäftsreisende. Die Wohnung wurde erst vor kurzem neu renoviert und ist nur 10 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Sie befindet sich in einem der schönsten und ruhigsten Viertel in Meran . Ein kostenloser Parkplatz ist direkt im Innenhof der Villa vorhanden und in unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle.

Ein gigantischer Ausblick, eine private Terrasse und zwei stilvolle Apartments. Wo einst eine große Wiese mit Farnen war, steht nun unser "farnhaus", inmitten der Natur, ruhig gelegen und dennoch schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Vor uns erstreckt sich das gesamte Etschtal, ein Spektakel zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit und Meran und das Schloss Tirol liegen uns zu Füßen. Ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und schöne Spaziergänge.
